Design And Development Of Dispatching System Of Initiating Explosive Device Environmental Experiment

Initiating explosive device(IED)as the key part of weapon system and fight system originating energy device,which with characteristics of one-time use and highly sensitive,requires the high security and reliability.The resulting a series of environmental experiments are needed to do in the research and development process of the IED.In the IED development department,due to multiple similar IED experiments have done at the same time,it causes the phenomenon of experimental resources shortages occurs frequently.Therefore,how to coordinate the existed experimental resource,achieve reasonable dispatch,assure the different IED experiments demand is one of the common problems in the experimental dispatch department.At present,the IED manufacturers in China made experimental resources coordinated managements and experiment plans generally rely on personal experience and by manual operation.There is lack of reasonable consideration of actual load of the experiment department and equipment maintenance,and lack of accurate experiment progress data.This leads to experimental resources cannot be achieved to test-process management,which made the determination of the experiment plan and changes is difficult to ensure the optimal use of experimental resources.Thus,this leads to low management efficiency and high operating cost in the development of IED.This paper takes an environmental laboratory of IED as example to anatomize the dispatching process and the existed problems by analyzing the environmental experiment requirements,number of sample for experiment,and available experiment resources.The existed scheduling methods were optimized,dispatching process was planned,dispatching method research was carried out,and optimization model was built model in this paper.On this basis,we carry out the IED dispatching system database and its function design,and then do program design and application functions development by selecting the corresponding development language,set up the dispatching system of IED environmental experiment.The system realizes the information management of IED environmental experiment,increase experimental resources utilization rate.
