With the rapid development of science and technology, modern industrial temperaturemeasurement technology is no longer limited to the measurement and records of thetemperature changes which is simple and slow, and more occasions proposed more stringentrequirements to the transient temperature test. Fast, accurate and effective transienttemperature measurement has been an important technology which is concerned in domesticand overseas,and also an important support to ensure the rapid development of defense,industrial, agricultural and other areas.Due to the transient temperature field has high temperature, extremely fastedtemperature changes, and often accompanied by a high-voltageand, electromagneticinterference and other features, the current testing techniques use storage testing technologymore usually. Based on that, this paper designs a storage test system with a set of wirelesstransmission and control functions, starts with the characteristics of transient temperaturefield and establishes technical indicators of test the system, then introduces the overall systemstructure, and then describes in detail the circuit formation of monitoring nodes from threesections which are analog signal conditioning circuitry,digital control circuit and radiocircuit,finally verifies the system reliability from many experimental perspective.This paper adopts contact temperature measuring method, uses American NANMAC’sE-12type fast response thermocouples (tungsten-rhenium, type C) as the signal collectionterminal; signal conditioning circuit includes power management, amplifying, smoothing,temperature compensation, bias and so on several parts; digital control circuit with FPGA asthe control center, mainly includes power management, clock circuit, AD conversion, datastorage, USB communication, JTAG debugging and so on several parts; Wireless circuit is mainly composed of power management, wireless WIFI module, power amplifier, antennaand so on several components. PC software system uses the national instrument co., LTD (NI)graphical programming language LabVIEW, which can realize the USB test node or wirelessdata read and parameter settings and other functions.In order to guarantee the accuracy of the measured temperature, this design takesseveral experiments test nodes. After experiments show that this paper studies the transienttemperature test system has remote control, real-time monitoring, fast data transmission,simple structure, easy operation, small error and so on characteristics, and can record thechanging process of the transient temperature field temperature accurately and reliably inhigh temperature, high pressure, high impact and strong electromagnetic interferenceenvironment.
