The compound gear pump based on the internal and external gear pump and gears train theory is a new type hydraulic power component. The strong points of the compound gear pump are balanced hydraulic pressure of radius, uniform of flow rate, small volume, large displacement and low noise and so on.This dissertation studies the basic structure principle and characteristic of the compound gear pump, thoroughly, analysis method of meshing point displacemen-t ,initial displacement of four conditions compound gear pump and changing principle. analyses meshing point motion law of the compound gear pump under the standard and corrected tooth, and deduces the transition flow characteristic with the two states based on the law .According to demand for the tooth form of compound gear pump, working profile and transition curve equations are deduced from meshing theory of gear pair in order to computerize the compound gear pump and create the two-dimensional and three-dimensional solid models.By working profile and transition curve equations, the method is specificly introdued and analysed of accuratly plotting the involute of the compound gear pump and the tooth root transition curve of the external gear .Gear profile model of the pump is developed based on CAD software.The model can be used to analyse meshing point displacement with numerical methods and produce the two-dimensional meshing simulation mode of the pump.The solid prototype of the compound gear pump is established by tridimensional Solidworks design to further realize the gear pairs simulating assemble, motion simulation and dynamic characteristic analysis. This will lay the foundation for optimization of the main body constrcture and analyzing flow fields of the compound gear pump.
