Multi-dimensional parallel vibrating screen is the excitation mechanism of the parallel mechanism as a vibrating screen, which can realize the motion track of the complex space curve of the vibration sieve surface. This technique can effectively improve the vibration sieve screening quality and efficiency and solve the existing vibration sieve problem which caused by the small number of degrees of freedom vibration sieve. Other problem like the material accumulation, pore blockage and the low screening efficiency is caused by low surface material particle dispersion degree.According to the basic requirements of the design type vibration body three degree of freedom vibration sieve and mechanism topology theory, a fully decoupled three DOF hybrid mechanism based on 2PRRR-P(2R) has been constructed as the main body of the excitation mechanism of three degrees of freedom vibration sieve. And screen movement the analysis of the trajectory equation is derived from the D-H transformation matrix; analyzed the singularity vibration body three degrees of freedom vibration sieve, and acquired that the condition of excitation mechanism of singular position in the structural design of the vibrating screen can effectively avoid the singular position; TRIZ theory of three degree of freedom vibration sieve structure was optimized based on the prototype of the mechanism, has solved the problem of the first generation of vibration sieve, making sieve prototype structure more reasonable and new vibration operating more reliable.In order to verify the three degree of freedom vibration sieve feasibility of excitation mechanism design, using ADAMS software to vibrating screen for kinematics simulation, the sieve surface displacement and velocity time graph. Through graphics and data analysis further verified that the hybrid mechanism 2PRRR-P(2R) is completely decoupled translational mechanism and screen frame and the amplitude and frequency of the three directions can be adjusted independently; and based on ANSYS Workbench to the vibration sieve frame modal analysis, it can effectively avoid possible resonance vibrating screen and provides the basis for the design of vibrating screen prototype.Cottonseed particles swarm in three degree of freedom vibration sieve screen on the surface of the screening process based on EDEM is simulated and analyzed, the sieve surface in different movement state corresponding to the particle motion curve is plotted and that particle group in three degree of freedom vibration sieve surface on the motion law of the screen surface increase in X direction and the Y direction of the movement degree of freedom can be accordingly with the increase of particle swarm in the X direction and y to throw displacement, to particles in the sieve surface dispersed, so that the particle average through the screen time is reduced and screening efficiency has been improved.Through EDEM simulation test, the influence of vibration parameters of vibrating screen, the angle of the screen surface and the length width ratio of the screen surface on the screening efficiency of three degrees of freedom vibrating screen is studied, and the vibration parameters of the vibrating screen are optimized.
