CFBB is a new clean coal combustion technology that is of high efficiency and low pollution in the world. Compared with the pulverized-coal boilers, they are the same in the steam temperature control and the steam drum level control. But there are obvious differences in the combustion control system, and in the air flow control of the CFBB it's to be sure that the bed temperature is in certain bound as well as the proportion of coal to control. Therefore, the bed temperature control system and bed pressure control system are peculiar to CFBB.Fuzzy control is a control method that is suitable for multivariable, strong coupling and large-scale time-delay complex systems. Its characteristic is that the fuzzy controller can obviously improve the dynamic control performance when there is a large departure from the working point, whereas it introduces limit cycle oscillation around the working point. Moreover, the PID controller is of better stability, so the fuzzy-PID control is adopted to achieve perfect control effect.In this paper the research is mainly on the bed temperature control system and the bed pressure control system, and the fuzzy-PID control is introduced in the bed pressure control system. The control method is executed on the 440t/h CFBB produced by Shanghai boiler factory, and the fact has proved that the project is feasible.
