The paper puts forward a scheme of controlling the water temperature and pressure of mid-low frequency testing system, aims to control the change of water temperature and pressure on demand. Because of the nonlinear coupling, time change and time lag of the temperature control, traditional PID controller can't make the water temperature change effectively. Fuzzy logic control is applied to solve the problem. Fuzzy logic controller is designed according to the salted operator's experience. The fuzzy controller is used to simulate the control of temperature, and gets satisfied control effect.Traditional PID Control is used to control the water pressure. The system is made up of transducer, AC electromotor, pump and pressure sensors. By erecting model of the system of pressure control, the water pressure can be measure and so we get the error of the pressure. Then we choose the suitable way to control the pressure. The result of simulation shows that the methods of the pressure control is feasible and has good performance.
