Research On Land Environment And Village Form In Northwest Region Of Yunnan Province

This thesis researches the formation and evolution of land environments and village forms with nature geography background in northwest region of Yunnan provence (main about Lijiang basin and Heqing basin), Trying to explain every element (such as: topography, landscape, soil, water, vegetation, etc.) and those elements as an integrated system how to make the evolution of village forms, and the village how to choice and adapt the land environments. It comes into the village forms with unique feature, nature and harmonious by interaction between land environments and village forms.This thesis explores the relationship of every element in land environments, trying to explain the intrinsic relationship by combination various factors such as geography, ecology, urban planning and architecture, etc.The thesis studies the main content from two levels. The first part of the thesis sizes up the typical villages of every land environment from each aspect in geographical area - typically. The second part of the thesis studies the course of evolution of village forms in the land environment by studying a typical village.
