The Demonstration Study-the Skeleton Highway Network Planning Of GuiZhou Province

The highway network planning belonging to the distribution of long-term development is to make the highway construction medium-term and long-term plans, to constitute the construction plan and to choose the main basis of the construction project; which is to guarantee the rational distribution of the highway construction, to develop harmoniously in good order, and the main means of preventing to make random and blindness building decision.The highway network planning is the previous work of the highway basal construction. To make the scientific planning of the highway network and implementing scheme is to achieve the goal of improving the transport capacity of the highway network, satisfying the highway communication demand and giving full play to investment benefit, and to offer the assurance of scientific basis for leading decision.In this paper, according to the basic theory of total volume controlling method, with considering the concrete status of GuiZhou province, though the evaluation index system of the highway network, quantify models and experts opinions, fuzzy assessment the skeleton highway network, it was posted that the highway network's principal contradictions and questions in current situation. Using the time-sequence mean and the regression forecast mean, it was established that the forecast model of population, GDP and the three major industries.Based on collection and neatening the data, it was analyzed that GuiZhou province characteristics of increasing and changing, combining with the influence of national economic and social development, it is proposed that the prediction models of the transport volume of the highway and the traffic, and predict the transport volume of the highway and the traffic.Using the AHP among the system engineering, it is confirmed that the contribution which influence the nodes of the important degree and every index of social economy analyzed the important degree of every node, and through the cluster analysis, it is carried on that the distribution and layout of the highway, and gotten the layout of model of the skeleton highway network in GuiZhou finally.
