Prediction Model In Henan Province, The Trunk Road Network Planning

Using assessment criteria system ,.this paper post the main problem and basic contradiction of highway network with consideration the concrete status of Henan provinceIn accordance with the principle of scientific approach combined with practical consideration ,this paper is carried out a variety of prediction model including time-sequence regression analysis model , exponential smooth model , gray system model and increasing curve model etc. As a result . this paper successfully forecast the traffic demand of Henan province up to year 2020. Based on it , this paper put to use the prediction model again and achieved quantitative results .It means to dope out the total mileage of highway network and equivalent mileage of 2 class highway .Then through comparison and analysis as well as expert consultation , it obtained numerical value closed to practice .Using this result and adopting "Total traffic flow control method in planning highway network" we can program the development scale of highway network . The result of research provides the exact foundation for optimization highway network layout and effective allocation of construction funds next step.
