The Study Of Method Of The City Regional Highway Network Planning

In this paper, according the basic theory of "total volume controlling method", the author study the methods of highway planning, such as the traffic volume prediction, the blur evaluating of level and structure of highway net ,multi-goal planning optimize model for highway net. All fruit can be reference for region highway planning.As the theoretical application and numerical analysis of this paper, the author systematically analyze and study the Shaoxing City Planning of highway planning, made some suggestion for Shaoxing highway construction and City Highway Network planning.
