| City residents day by day have accepted the concept of commodity house. They can choose where to live and can own a house. It is under such an idea- of house consumption and during the development of economic society that more and more people show interests in villas. And this gives birth to the villa market and put it into prosperity. Especially in such a big city as Shanghai, the suburbs' development provides enough lands for villas. Nowadays, the villa market of Shanghai is in a fast-developing stage. With the market structure's perfection and district environment's maturation, the spatial distributive structure of villas in Shanghai has already formed on the whole.This paper is based on the ground of the theory system of city spatial and especially on the side of spatial distribution and spatial form. On the base of data statistic and analysis, the paper combines the scale, density and form of villa spaces with their district environment, and draws a conclusion that the spatial distribution of villas is unbalanced and diversed.Part Four is the paper's key point. On the base of Part Three, we know the villas in Shanghai mainly locate in four big areas, and the special features of villas are not the same in each area. Then we can get the district structure of villas in shanghai. For a further step to express the phenomenon of agglomeration, the paper try to explain why the villas are here and how the spaces are founded in the opinion of space development. Then, we get five special types of villas in city of Shanghai. At the end of this chapter, the writer generalizes the mechanism of the villas' special distribution in Shanghai.The last part of this paper is the summary of the space research results. At last, the writer makes a further thinking over the space development of villas in Shanghai under the market changes. We find that the urban planning and consume needs will have a new effect on the spatial distribution of villas. |
