Research On Regulation Strategy Of Villa Complex Garden Space In Jigong Mountain

The Villa Complex Garden is located at the junction of the north and south of the Dabie Mountains,and the 38 km north of Xinyang.It is the product of the fusion of the East and the West,tradition and modern culture.Its spatial layout not only has the location of the oriental mountain architecture,but also reflects the characteristics of has the simple style of western architecture.It has the characteristics of the integration of architecture and environment in the Oriental concept,also continues the characteristics of architectural dominance and garden subordination in Western concepts,and has important natural and cultural values.Since the 1980 s,the community has recognized the value of the garden and developed it.In the absence of scientific and rational planning under the economic interests,the development intensity has increased,and the natural space and historical space of the villa gardens have been excessively interfered,resulting in the destruction of the overall landscape of the garden.Based on this,study uses spatial syntax to analyze the garden space of villa complex on Jigong Mountain and explore practical space optimization strategies.In this study,the feasibility of spatial syntax analysis of garden space is discussed firstly,with the explanation of Axial line Model,Angular Segment Model,and variables such as Depth Value,Integration,and Intelligibility.Clarify the feasibility of using spatial syntax to research the Villa Complex Garden,with applicable models and variables.Secondly,the development and evolution of the Jigong Mountain villa complex garden are expounded.It is considered that the location and layout of the site is scientifically appropriate,the integration of the architectural form of the Chinese and the West,the collision of the mountain residence concept,and the landscaping of the garden activities make the garden style very rich in the times.And then,use space syntax theory and choose the appropriate parameters and models,taking the road network form in the villa garden as the research object,the spatial form of the Jigong Mountain villa garden in 1935 and 2018 was quantitatively analyzed.By comparison,it is concluded that the accessibility and intelligibility of the road nodes in the garden in 1935 are higher than 2018,and the accessibility and intelligibility of the garden space in 2018 are lower than in 1935.Mainly due to the inappropriate site selection of the later buildings,resulting in changes in the number and direction of the roads and the disorder of the external space of the villa,while the overall space of the garden space was destroyed.Finally,with regard to the above results,combined with the analysis of the historical form and reality of the garden,it is known that the main activity types in the gardens of the current villas have changed,resulting in changes in the core area of the garden.Reflected in the spatial structure of the garden,the core area in the garden of the villa complex is in the semi-annular shape on the northerly side and the west side of the history,and evolves into a layout that extends in a north-south direction in the middle.As a result,the scope of the tour becomes smaller and the type of activity is reduced.The author believes that the optimization of the Villa Complex Garden can be derived from the five aspects.First of all,the area with good spatial pattern should be protected,and the inappropriate buildings should be properly dismantled to restore the layout of the external space in the historical period.Secondly,integrate the mountain forest space and road network structure,and improve the road network structure while making it more natural.Third,coordinate the appearance of new buildings and historical buildings,so that the style of the villas is more uniform and integrated;rationally match the plants to make them more historic.Fourth,enrich and improve the reward activities and enhance the attraction of the core area.Fifth,coordinate the management of the scenic spot,avoiding the fragmentation of management and causing the separation of the garden landscape of the villa group.With a view to restoring historical features and improving the vitality of villas,while meeting the diverse needs of people of all walks of life.
