| The control way of flexible manufacturing system usually is layered. Its layered construction generally is divided into three layer.It is so-called the factory layer the workshop layer and the field layer. The supervision control and Information Integration between workshop layer and field layer are very important to the factory automate and FMS.We apply the profibus- dp to settle communication problem between the control centre in the worpshop layer and manufacture field. The profibus- dp master is established in the control centre. The Profibus- dp slave applied the profibus bridge is established in manufacture field. The profibus bridge has profibus interface and RS-232C interface.At the same time, the aid controller is designed which apply single-chip microcomputer technology. The aid controller has the keyboard input the LCD show and the RS-232C communication function.The operation in the manufacture field can communicate with the control centre via profibus- dp. The control centre can gain demanded communication such as the equipment status the production schedule the NC programme etc from the manufacture field . The operation can gain communication such as the production mission the NC programme etc from the control centre and carry out it. One communication bridge is set up between the control centre in the worpshop class and the manufacture field. |
