The Apllied Research Of New Grounding Control System Of Peterson Coil Based On Embedded System

At present, the method of neutral point grounding in the distribution networks through arc suppression coil is commonly used in our country; the controllers of the arc suppression coil are often industry control computers. For the need of dispelling heat, fan is fixed and it lead that the piling of ash is serious in the box. There are a lot of faults when the fan runs long. It makes the whole control system cannot dismiss maintenance completely and can't satisfy the demand of electric power system. Otherwise, in the condition of the transformer substation with many cables, for the controller's speed of processing data is not enough, it will consume lots of times when using arithmetic of FFT and can't ensure processing data real time.The development of Embedded technique provides chance to change the condition, 32-bit processor such as ARM9 has the ability to compare with industry control computers in performance. In the age of network, adopting low power and high performance Embedded system will be a developmental trend in many fields such as industry controlling and image processing and so on.The paper advances a method using AT91RM9200 in stead of industry control computers, with arc suppression grounding controlling system as application object, implemented many functions such as synchronized sampling of 32 analog signal, the communications of the Ethernet, great capability memory of device, embedded graphical interfaces, and achieved the basic structure of arc suppression grounding controlling system.Firstly, the paper according to the problems of the application of industry control computers in arc suppression grounding controlling system, using AT91RM9200 in stead of industry control computer, depending on different functions partitions processing platform for several modules, for example: processor, memorizer system, great capability data storage,communication interface,AD sampling module, human-machine interface, reset circuit and power supply and so on, and implements design of each module. In addition, the paper described the design of anti-jamming briefly.The development of applications not only need steady hardware platform, but also the support of operating system with well performance. VxWorks is a kind of real time operating systems supporting AT91RM9200 processor and having well performance.
