The thermal power unit has higher parameter and capacity with the development of electric technology. In order to prevent the things that the accident of operators operate the machines improperly from occurring, and to enhance the treatment capacity of accident for operators, the real-time simulation models of full working scope of power plants can be set up, it has an important significance to train the operators.The author takes 600MW supercritical once-through boiler as the research object in this paper, as to the problem of set up model about process inside the boiler to carry on a research, and simulate its dynamic characteristic. The main contents include: the lumped model of radiation and combustion, the lumped model of single-phase heat exchanger, the dynamic mathematical model of water wall.The models are then inputted into the PSK simulation system. The rationality of the model is proved. Finally, some problems which need further research are pointed out.
