The Study On The Transfer Between Urban Rail Transit And Bus Transit

With the rapid development of economy, urbanization and mobilization, the demand of traffic is hardly increased; urban traffic is facing severe test and challenge. Construct mass rapid transit has already become an important measure to develop fully functional pubic transit. In order for the urban rail transportation to function as a backbone and to increase a total benefit, the urban public transport system has to meet the needs of different levels of passenger transport and have the cooperated joining of every transport mode as its prerequisite. Thus, how to transfer effectively and develop both rail transit and bus transit in phase? This has become an urgent task. Based on that and according to the basic theory and method of urban rail transit and bus transit, this paper makes a study on the transfer between urban rail transit and bus transit.This paper is studying mainly on how to coordinate reciprocally the network plan, the station plan and the operation management between urban rail transit and bus transit. In network plan aspect, considering the normally subject condition and transit goal in the network optimization problem of urban public transit, a network optimization model on establishing the network of urban rail transit and bus transit is given. And taking the attraction district of urban rail transit for research scope, a line optimization model with the transit goal of the bus transit maximum is put forward to analyze the local optimization of the old bus transit network. In station plan aspect, analyzing the necessity and the basic request of the reasonable establishment of urban rail transit station spacing, with the goal of the passenger's overall traffic time minimum optimum station spacing model is established. In operation aspect, the principles and goals of the operation coordination are made, and from four aspects including the design of function match, operation coordination, price reasonability and management unify, the operation coordination between urban rail transit and bus transit is analyzed. Then fuzzy synthesis evaluation method is applied to evaluate coordination transfer between urban rail transit and bus transit, by selecting the appraisement index system according to appraisement index choice principles. At last the coordination transfer degree between the Shuzhou No.Ml subway and bus transit is appraised.At present it is still few that a special study on the transfer coordination theory and method between the urban rail transit and bus transit. Having carrying on the effective conformity use of the known research results, this paper not only enriches the transfer theory of the public transportation, but also in the certain degree offers reference basis for the scientific decision of transportation planning, construction and management.
