In industrial procedure, winch is a key device in auxiliary transport, which is widely used in many areas such as port, factory, building site, ocean and mine. In it's working the winch faces several problems. The wire rope can't be winded homogeneously, and be arranged irregularly. The situation that the wire rope is disordered, gripped and retained often happened. So this paper put forward a new king of rope arranging method based on pump-control-actuator on converter, which can be used in flame-proof situation. Deeply researched on its entire system is put forward. These researches are essential either in theory or in engineer.Based on the problem existing in the winch transportation, incorporating the method and the structure of rope arranging in domestic and foreign country, put forward the theoretical and experimental study on the scientific project "Rehandling system of auxiliary winch based on pull-to-pull of winch", including the mechanical, hydraulic and electrical part. The wire can be arranged flexibly, regularly, densely.Analyzing the principle of the key detection parts in the system of rope arranging, the author measured the rotational speed of the winch and the speed of the actuator indirectly. Utilizing PLC, flame-proof converter and hydraulic system to control the extension of the actuator, automatic rope arranging is realized.The model of the control system of automatic rope arranging is established using PID.
