| Vacuum induction (CVI/CVD CVI,Chemical Vapor Infiltration / CVD, Chemical Vapor Deposition) is important technology, which are mostly used to produce Ni/Co based high temperature alloys, Ti alloys, stainless steels, super high-strength steels, ceramic material, thin-film material, special alloy materials and composite material.These special alloy and composite materials have been found numerous applications in aviation, spaceflight navigation, arms industry, nuclear power and energy sources. As an important part in vacuum induction CVI/CVD system, the automatic control system has a direct influence on the quality and output of products. At present, for the laggard control techniques and the low-level automatization, the process control has become a key problem to restrict the development of vacuum induction furnaces.Especially in the last few years, along with the technical development of industral control, distributed control system plays an increasingly important role having extensive applications in the each realm of National Product .The Control System of vacuum intermediate frequency and induction furnace which we have designed and researched adopts Distributed Control System. This thesis, based on Control system design of vacuum intermediate frequency and induction furnace CVI/CVD, introduces the furnace's working principle, basic control mechanics, control aim and control means. Acorrding to production technics and control aim, contrasting some control system, we adopted control scheme of two-level Distributed Control System which is popular now. This thesis introduces Distributed Control System in system structure, hardware configuration, software functions and application development. Taking configuration software development as the key point, the thesis explicates the characteristics of the controlled member as well as probable parameters that effect control result in detail, then based on these, it puts forward adequate data processing ways and parameters control strategy.
