The digital substation is construct by intelligent primary equipment (electronictransformer, intelligent switches, etc.) and network equipment tiered secondary (processlayer, the spacer layer, the station control layer). It is based on the IEC61850communication standards, to achieve information sharing and interoperability among thevarious electrical equipment within the substation. ACSI objects and services mapping toMMS protocol and any configuration communication content is to achieve the key to theIEC61850standard. The currently proposed solutions for mapping contradiction betweenIEC61850ACSI and MMS protocol is difficult to meet the requirements of standards, anddid not consider the versatility on the communication software design level. In this paper,in order to achieve the substation systems digitization and integration, to solve the aboveproblems, the specific research is as follows:Proposed the scheme of distance line protection with permissive overreachtele-protection between substation. Analysis the relay protection principles andinformation exchange demand of transmission lines between substation, introduced majorlogical nodes involved in the protection scheme and substation protection informationexchange processes.Designed the architecture of substation communication software of relay protectionsystem independent of the network architecture and communication protocol. proposedthe concept mapping tool set(MTS). Meanwhile, it introduces a kind of ACSIcommunication software design scheme. The method based on the interface functionprocessing framework (IFPF) has applied to complete the ACSI, not only meet equipmentinteroperability, but also to achieve a level of communication software design versatility.Achieve the distance protection engineering configuration between the substationcommunication system. Describes the architecture and general method of substationproject configuration, Designed the interaction of configuration information betweensubstation, configuration files of various types of information exchange between the twosubstations generated in the process are described. Using SCL Manager software tool togenerate the project configuration file of the system.Designed a hardware architecture model of protection IED, the protection functionlogical node described by C++language. Summary and analysis of parsing method forSCL profiles and propose a methods is that use System.XML libraryin in Visual Studioparse configuration file. Through parsing the transmission line protection configuration file (local protection S1_IED_LP.cid) have proved the feasibility and efficiency of thismethod.
