As fast development of social and economy in China, the urban construction is further speeding up, the inconsistency between city traffic supply and demand has become severity increasingly, the city traffic issue has become obstacle for the development of city social economy. Using for reference the overseas big city transportation development experience and teaches to discuss, understanding over again the city transportation characteristic in the view of the sustainable development, analyzing the main city transportation issue, many big cities have generally realized to choose urban rail transit to take the city transportation the backbone, it conforms to the city transportation sustainable development strategy demand, it is advantageous to guide our country big city transportation to step onto the healthy and sustainable development road.Facing huge construction fund as well as intense passenger transportation competition, the ticket price formulation whether reasonable or not has already become the key for urban rail transit survival and the development. So it has the vital significance to guarantee urban rail transit to develop healthy that researching actively correlation issue of the ticket price formulation.The paper analyses both the internal and external factors which affect the forming and fluctuation of transport price, then describes the degree to which transport cost, market demands, resident travel payment ability and competition. Basic theory regarding the ticket price has been considered in the paper, combining the reality of Chinese urban rail transit, it has put forward the principle, target of different date and method of determining the ticket price, at the same time, analyzing several common pricing model. While fully affirming the existing pricing method and developed premise, taking advantage of the system dynamics, the paper sets up a system dynamics pricing model, through computer simulation, we can workout reasonable fare levels for future years, its application model to Xi' an Metro Line 1 is simulated. Finally, it studies urban rail transit ticket carfare frame, makes reasonable programme recommendations, researches scale ticket price confirming method, analyses time sharing fare system feasibility.
