So it has the vital significance to guarantee urban rail transit to develop healthy that researching actively correlation issue of the ticket price formulation.The paper analyses both the internal and external factors which affect the forming and fluctuation of transport price, then describes the degree to which transport cost, market demands, resident travel payment ability and competition. Finally, it studies urban rail transit ticket carfare frame, makes reasonable programme recommendations, researches scale ticket price confirming method, analyses time sharing fare system feasibility.
