In recent years,the number of motor vehicles has been increasing year by year,the road load has become heavier and heavier,and many roads are already saturated or critical.As a means of transportation of urban transportation,the urban rail transit in China must and will inevitably achieve great development.However,compared with developed countries,urban rail transit construction started relatively late.However,since the 21st century,China's urban rail transit is entering a new stage of rapid development.Under such historical background,the problem of urban rail transit fares is highlighted.Due to the particularity of urban rail transit products,in the price of the need to consider the various factors in the process,on the premise of guarantee the enterprise cost recovery and fully guarantee the products of public welfare.A reasonable ticket price will also require a government subsidy.Under the mutual restriction of various factors,the rail transit can not only provide high-quality travel service for the public,but also effectively use its capacity and capacity to promote the harmonious development of urban transportation system.Based on the analysis of urban rail transit ticket prices for the basis of the theory,this paper introduces the urban rail transit pricing principle:the rational principle,the principle of public welfare,maintain enterprise management principle,the principle of passenger capacity and the principle of diminishing "pass away".The influencing factors of ticket price setting:enterprise operating cost,resident payment ability,government policy subsidy,and transportation market condition.Methods of price setting:average cost pricing,break-even pricing,marginal cost pricing,full use of capacity pricing,Ramsey pricing and game pricing.Then,based on the analysis of the votes plan in our country,the introduction of fuzzy integral model,set up votes scheme evaluation system,evaluation scheme of urban rail transit fare types,choose suitable votes.On this basis,the research of urban rail transit fare model,using the game theory model and the principle and method of Ramsey model,rail transit pricing model is established,so as to make plan of urban rail transit fares are presented.In the end,based on the analysis of the strategy and price research of the new subway ticket price in Dalian city,this paper puts forward a reasonable fare plan.The research results show that the game model and Ramsey model are applicable to urban rail transit pricing,which will provide reference for the development of ticket prices for other urban rail transit tickets in the future.
