With the increasing demand for special-shaped stone products,especially the very complex surface stone products,enterprises are heightening their request of processing efficiency.Sawing has the advantages of high processing efficiency and low cost.It is widely used as the processing method of special-shaped stone products.At present,it can only be processed straight line,and can not be applied to the processing of complex curves and surfaces.Therefore,in order to solve the problem of blank in curve sawing,the technology analysis and algorithm research of the five axis sawing process is carried out in this thesis,and the general process of the algorithm design for the irregular curve sawing process is proposed.The simulation and experiment showed that the algorithm proposed in this thesis is correct and feasible,and effectively improves the processing efficiency.The main research work of this thesis were as follows:(1)The background and significance of sawing was introduced,and the research of curve sawing had theoretical and practical significance.Then the development status of saw cutting at home and abroad was introduced,and the characteristics and advantages of the curve sawing was also explained.(2)Introduced the problem of sawing process in the actual machining process of the arc plate,and a simple method to solve this problem.Then the processing technology and the forming process of sawing wire products was introduced,and studied the sawing process parameters.(3)The research of the curve sawing algorithm was carried out.By analyzing the special cutting tool structure and cutting mode of stone sawing,the more complex motion control algorithm of curve sawing was studied.In the analysis of the cutter contact is divided into 6 cases based on the sawing and introduces the special processing technology,summed up the general process of curve saw cutting algorithm namely cutter calculation,calculation of cutter location and processing blade interference situation,in the process of the selection of step and row spacing rules were analyzed.Considering the possibility of interference and over cutting in the saw cutting process,a reasonable model of cutting tool was chosen.(4)The writing of the machining process system for the special-shaped curve sawing was carried out.The motion control algorithm for the inner arc line segment,the outer arc line segment and the transition line segment was proposed,the judgment of over cutting or interfere of the benchmark test law was determined.Special shaped curve saw cut processing algorithm sawing process system was put forward,which can process complex curve in sawing path.(5)The experimental verification of the profiled curve saw cutting was carried out.This thesis analyzed the special shape stone table board face processing,using PowerMILL simulation software programming processing to plan the tool path and the intervention to blade road and the cutting processing was carried on.Finally,the interpolation results of blade road were simulated.The results showed that the algorithm of five-axis sawing machining is correct and feasible,and the system improves the processing efficiency.
