In this paper, based on experiments which were carried out on SPEED Y2000 CNC (Computer Numerical Control) Machining Center imported in Italy, the study was processed through cutting the quarter special-shaped surface on Q.L.Hong granite.At the profiling machining experiment, the technologic parameters were selected three facts: cutting speed, feed rate, and depth of cut, every fact was selected three levels too. The orthogonal design was selected for the experiment. The optimal technologic parameters which the wear of cutter was at a reasonable scope and the efficiency of machining was as possible as high were cutting speed 30m/s, feed rate 500mm/min and depth of cut 14.2mm by synthetically analyzing the changing trend of machining efficiency and wear of cutter. At these parameters, the stone removal was 19.4385cm~3/min and the wear of cutter was 0.0906mm/ dm~3. The high significant influence between feed rate and machining efficiency and wear of cutter and significant influence between depth of cut and machining efficiency and wear of cutter were inferred by analysis of variance. The mathematic models of machining efficiency and wear of cutter were founded by analysis of regression about experimental results.The experiment of molding finishing machining was carried out based on the immovable depth of cut, cut speed which was selected three levels and feed rate which was selected four levels were selected as two experiment factors. The optimum technologic parameters were cut speed 40m/s and feed rate 900mm/min. The high significant influence between cut speed, feed rate and wear of cutter were inferred by two-way analysis of variance. The mathematic model of wear of cutter about molding finishing machining was founded by analysis of regression.The abrasion and dilapidation rules of diamond irregular cutter were studied by observing the machining states of diamond through Leica Stereomicroscope. The milling model of single diamond in irregular tool was founded and the contacting arc length and depth of cut were calculated too. The connection between technologic parameters and contacting arc length, depth of cut was analyzed in detailed. The removed theory of special-shaped granite was studied by observing cutting chip and surface information of irregular facet of granite through Stereomicroscope.
