Among these enterprises,some fators, such as,separation and incompatible of design information limited to some special products,have strict effects on the quality and periods of product' exploiture design, furthermore,which makes enterprises not respond market in time. Their technical advantages can not exert sufficiently because many of their design resource distribut different designers different zone.Now,with more complex products and greater design scale,it is the important thing that many professionals should participate cooperate team up actively,which can satisfy the real requirements of designing high-powered rail vehicle products.The research takes the VPN technology and make up a cooperation platform based on VPN,which provides a model and simulation environment from products' design to manufacture for the different corporations safely, which designs and manufactures complex .industrial product, and complete the whole construct of long-distance design net's module and compile some pages of them, while carry through reasonably sofeware application and hardware debugging.The research takes the railway vehicle as research object and use VPN into the network-collaborative design to obtain the resource's sharing and preparing.And another problem this thesis resolving is how to search underlying cooperative mates carrying out the problem and choose the best one from them by the method of fuzzy judgement for many targets.Finally,there will be a example demonstration of cooperation and simulation course,which can be demonstrated by some 3D geometry models of primary vehicle and components in railway industry,exampled by finity members'analyse and supported by the cooperation and simulation platform. |
