The substation is a very important infrastructure in the power system,which is an important equipment to provide reliable and stable power supply for primary equipment and auxiliary protective equipment in the substation.Therefore,the reliability of power system operation is very important.In this thesis an integrated power bus voltage monitoring system is designed based on IEC61850 standard and hardware chip design technology,embedded software development technology,which could monitor the power status of smart substation in real time.The power online monitoring system is deployed in the substation communication network,the system mainly includes power supply monitoring terminal,monitoring sub-IED and monitoring main IED.By collecting the voltage and current signals of power supply system in substation,the monitoring data of power supply in substation field are uploaded to the power company layer by layer.In the specific research work,the development of the power supply system of the station and the research dynamic of the on-line monitoring system are introduced firstly.Then according to the specific application environment and requirements of the system,the functional development goals of the system are analyzed,and the overall scheme and functional structure of the system are discussed.Thirdly,according to the overall functional structure of the system,the hardware structure of the power supply monitoring terminal,the monitoring sub-IED and the monitoring main IED are designed.According to the technical characteristics and functional positioning of different nodes,this paper adopts reasonable hardware chip and circuit structure,and designs the logic flow of internal software program in detail.Fourthly,based on the content,structure,features and communication mode of IEC61850 standard,the system function is decomposed,and the communication model is created for the system's power monitor sub IED and main IED.At the same time,the basic flow and method of writing and issuing SCL configuration of the system is introduced.Finally,the mapping and testing of GOOSE communication and MMS communication in the simulation environment is performed.In this paper,the power supply system of smart substation is divided into ac,dc,inverter,rectifier,battery and so on.And the corresponding information modeling process can basically cover the power monitoring requirements of most smart substations in China.The system designed in this thesis has a high universality in the technical scheme.It can be applied in on-line real-time monitoring of smart substation power system of different power supply enterprises,and it has high practical value.
