Due to low viscidity, high vaporization pressure and erosion of water medium, water hydraulic control valves face technical difficulties such as erosion, cavitation failure and liquid-proof under high pressure. As water medium high vaporization pressure makes high gasification and boiling water, caviation is more and more outstanding.On the basis of forefathers, I have carried on the research of water hydraulic pipe-mounted relief valves and have built the data processing system.The main content is as follows:Chapter one is the introduction, which includes technology, development status and technical solutions faced to resolve of water hydraulics. it also includes the background of research on water hydraulic pipe-mounted relief valves.Chapter two is the design and calculation of the water hydraulic pipe-mounted relief valve. By some given design requirements, it designs the water hydraulic pipe-mounted relief valve. The design includes Structural design, size-setting and the estimate of Static Capability. Ultimate I have designed a water hydraulic pipe-mounted relief valve which is 178mm long. Its nominal pressure is 14Mpa, inside nominal diameter is 7mm.Chapter three is the data sampling and processing system. It includes the design background, design concepts, design requirements etc. .It also includes the selection of hardware and software programming.Chapter four is the system simulation and test of the water hydraulic pipe-mounted relief valve. The test includes static performance tests and dynamic performance tests. Static performance tests contains the range of pressure fluctuation and pressure stability, open-close performance experiment, pressure drop experiment and pressure-flow characteristic experiment; dynamic performance tests contains the pressure overshoot, stability time etc. . Various curve shows that the water hydraulic pipe-mounted relief valve meets the requirements. Compared with simulation and experimental results, fundamental characteristics are consistent. The simulation model is correct, too.Finally a brief summary on research work of this thesis is provided. Also some researches that need to do by next step are pointed out.
