With the increasing application of rotary mechanism in industry production, the quantity of machine devices malfunctions due to unbalanced rotary is increasing quickly. Presently, dynamic balance testing of the vibration of large rotary mechanism has become an indispensable working procedure in manufacturing. There are one or two channels in vibration testing devices nowadays, however, with perfection of theory of dynamic balance testing and raise of requirement to standard of rotary mechanism produce, multi-position and multi-aspect testing of the unbalanced weight for large rotary mechanism is required eagerly. Measuring system with several channels will perform real-time measurement and record several places synchronously. However, it's difficult to implement multi-channel dynamic balance testing system based on traditional design method which will enlarge the size of measurement device and complicate control logic. Aiming at multi-channel testing system, based on digital signal processor (DSP), an algorithm to abstract the fundamental frequency component from vibration signals is presented in the thesis from the aspects of both digital correlation and Discrete Fourier transform (DFT).Around this algorithm, a master-slave device scheme is presented and a dynamic balance testing system based on data acquisition is constructed. An eight-channel synchronous data acquisition circuit is developed. In order to decrease noise and raise noise immunity a hardware band-pass filter is designed. As a result, much harmonic component is removed. A complete period and equal interval data acquisition function can be performed through the trigger logic in this thesis, this function becomes the basis of algorithm implementing.The software part is divided into two parts including slave software and master software. The slave software includes DSP initialization subroutine, SCI interface testing subroutine, data acquisition subroutine, digital correlation algorithm subroutine, implementation of spectrum analysis in DSP and so on.
