| Double-circular-arc Gear which applies widely in China is one of the common gear transmission pattems.To enhance loading capacity and transmission's balance of Double -circular-arc Gear,We can take measures by means of enhancing quality of gear's material, designing various new tooth form and so on. Aiming at heavy duty and low speed gear transmission, Zheng Zhou Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering puts forwards ZY-1 case- hardened double-circular-arc gear. The author studied the bending fatigue stress limits of ZY-1 case-hardened double -circular-arc gear made of 20CrMnMo, deducted its form factor and then calculated the loading capacity of YH serial reducer. The main work that was done in this paper includes:1) Carried out the experiment of single tooth bend fatigue test about ZY-1 case-hardened double-circular-arc gear. In this case, HS-LETRY 100KN microcomputer controlled high frequency fatigue test machine and single tooth pulse bleaching loading method are adopted.
