Ultrasonic cleaning can make a good cleaning result to complicated components. But kerosene used in ultrasonic cleaning can not accord with the standard cleaning degree easily. Halogen which is ODS(Ozone Destroy Substance), can destroy ozone. To improve the quantity of bearing cleaning and fulfill the ask of environment protection, need to find a new ultrasonic cleaning lotion, search a better way for bearing cleaning and design a new kind of ultrasonic cleaning machine that use the new lotion. The main works of this paper as follows:1. The actuality of advanced ultrasonic cleaning methods is investigated. The mechanism and characteristic of ultrasonic cleaning are studied. The characteristics carbon-hydrogen is analyzed.2. On the basis of theoretical result of ultrasonic cleaning system, the cleaning experiment equipment is designed. For the important parameters of cleaning technology, such as ultrasonic power, frequency, and lotion level, some experiments have been done.3. According to the theory analyze and result of experiment, the mechanical structural design of the cleaning machine is finished. During the design and manufacture of the cleaning machine, the characteristics of carbon-hydrogen are considered for better ultrasonic cleaning result and good drying effect.4. For better cleaning efficiency and higher automatic grade, the bearing transfer method using cylinder and claw control by displacement sensor is designed. During the design of cleaning machine, fireproofing and cooling is considered for the safety of the machine.5. According to the need of automatic control of the ultrasonic machine, the PLC control system is designed and the control program is compiled.Research indicates, if use some proper methods to the design of ultrasonic carbon-hydrogen bearing cleaning, the high cleaning standard of ultrasonic cleaning and the environment protection and low running-cost ability of carbon-hydrogen can be united together. This research can provide a method improving the efficiency of bearing cleaning, and fulfill the need of environment protection.
