Tendency Of Communities In City

With the developmentment of commercialized housing reform, abundant residences were built rapidly which have expanded increasingly and become one of most important parts of city. But nowadays, most of new-bulided communities, which were isolated with city still restricted in"Function City". And the way of current community planning does not adapt to market economy on the mode of public products supplying. The largescale of isolated communiyies obstructed public activities while they satisfy the private needs. So the thesis focus on the syetems of public realm in communities and try to research the mode of community structure which fit to China.This thesis was divided into four chapters. In chapter 1, Some theoretics and practice were briefly reviewed. In Chapter 2, firstly bring forward some matters in planning and construction in China communities by survey which base on the actuality of China communities. Then analyse it by view of economics. In Chapter 3, discussed how to plan city communities from road system, public facilities and public space, that are three key aspects of public life. In chapter 4, put forward a new mode of community structure of China base on above research. Then probed into the strategies in practice.The thesis is about 55,000 Chinese words and with 60 illustrations.
