The fuel cell electric vehicle (FCEV, Fuel Cell Electric Vehicle) takes the power supply by the fuel cell, transforms the fuel chemical energy into the electrical energy through the electrode reaction, and causes the vehicles movement by the electrical energy.The most major characteristic of fuel cell is the reaction process does not involve burning and the heat engine acting, therefore the energy conversion efficiency does not receive "the Garnot cycle" the limit, it reaches as high as 60%~70%, the efficiency is actually about 2 times for ordinary internal combustion engine. As a result of the fuel cell electrode reaction product is only the water, the characteristics it that has no pollution, the high efficiency, the low noise, modular structure and so on, therefore the fuel cell electric vehicle is recognized as the most ideal power unit which would substitute internal combustion engine for the 21st century.This article mainly take some unit independent research and development fuel cell electric vehicle as a foundation, theoretically establishes the entire vehicle simulation model to actuate the system, confirms its operational reliability and the stability through the ADVISOR simulation platform. The fuel cell takes the power supply, its work stability is important to the entire vehicle performance, but its internal thermal equilibrium is an important attribute which affects the fuel cell input level. It would produce the great quantity of heat in the electrode reaction which transforms the fuel chemical energy to the electrical energy, it's a core question whether the prompt elimination and use the heat is the fuel cells interior thermal management. In view of the fact that this article analyzed the fuel cell interior heat management with emphasis, to union the fuel cell physical structure establishes its simulation model.The article first carries on the several fuel cells electric vehicle basic structures and the subsystem match question analyzes one by one, determined a basic structure of driving system for the fuel cell electric vehicle, and designates the driving pattern. 3rd chapter introduced the fuel cell internal structure and the subsystem work mechanism in detail; introduce its thermal management emphasis. 4th, 5th chapters Introduces the other major components to the fuel cell electric vehicle including the stored energy system, DC/DC converter, electrical machinery and partial controller principle of work and modeling process.
