Study On The Safety Management In Construction

The process of construction always is the place where the accidental events and safety accident frequently occur. This not only causes the people's safety and the state property encountering the heavy loss, but also brings the negative influence to the development of the enterprise and the industry, even poses enormous threat to the social stability and the national economy development.In recent years, although our country has established some safety management systems in construction project which conform comparatively to the national condition, the population died because of the construction accident still surpasses thousand people and the direct economic loss surpasses 10 billion Yuan every year.How simultaneously to guarantee the realization of the goal of the safety production in construction in the time of the construction industry development at high speed has become the focal point which the entire society pays attention.Combining the present situation of the construction safety management in China with the construction inherent laws, this article constructs "the troika" which escorts for the construction safety production in two aspects of theory and application, mainly, including the education of the construction safety culture, the measure of the safety technology and the protection in construction, and the system of the safety management participated by the whole staff in constructing project.The paper regards the research of "the troika" as its primary sprit.
