With the rapid development of the domestic highway, various methods of soft ground treatment are widely used. Among which, the cement reinforced pile foundation is commonly used. The rigidity of highway bank and dyke is small compared with the one of highway base. This sort of complex foundation will distorted under force, the dynamic characteristics are much different from those under high rigidity civil structure. Hence, the theory will not match the facts using the complex foundation under the rigidity structure theory. This paper analyzed such dynamic characteristics as shaft force, skin friction, stress ratio of pile with soil and other relevant influencing factors of complex foundation, summarize the dynamic characteristics of the cement reinforced complex foundation under flexible structure, came into differential equation of pile and soil reaction in complex foundation, deduced pile skin friction equation, and with the work case, proved the theory. Meanwhile, it gave the evidence of the method of cement reinforced complex can achieve expect results through tests. In addition, it reminded us such effects won't be guaranteed if construction management, quality control and quality test are neglected.
