Studies On The System Evaluation Of Inland Waterway Maintenance Of Jiangsu Province

Waterway maintenance is an efficient way to advance the ability of nagivation.We will know the operational aspect of inland waterway maintenance by building a system of evaluation for inland waterway maintenance. On one hand, we will have the good sense of judgement for inland waterway maintenance through this evaluation system and thus supervise the operation of inland waterway maintenance more profitably; on the other hand, the concerned departments will apply the results of evaluation to protect the waterway more purposefully.The paper summerize the successes of other countries for the development and maintenance about rivers .The paper will introduce the main elements through analyzing the present situation of inland waterway maintenance in Jiangsu Province,and thus build the evaluation system for inland waterway maintenance of Jiangsu Province. The paper will inject the idea of warning, including safety, the wanring of third class, the wanring of second class and the wanring of first class. The paper will give an example for waterway maintenance to evaluate the waterway from Huaiyin ship lock to Huaian ship lock of Subei canal, and the result of the warning which gets by fuzzy evaluation method is the second class.the paper put forward some proposal for this situation.
