Inland waterway is the foundation of water transportation.Dredging project is an important means for infrastructure construction and routine maintenance of inland waterways,which is an important safeguard measure for the navigation of ships in inland waterways.However,during the construction of dredging projects,the environmental impact brought about by the release of pollutants and the deterioration of water quality caused by sediment agitation make it necessary to evaluate the "green degree" of inland waterway dredging projects.The results of this study has very important guiding significance to protect the water environment and the development of green dredging.In order to ensure the realization of the "green degree" of dredging engineering,it is necessary to ensure the smooth operation of dredging activities,which requires the risk management of dredging process.In this paper,the following studies have been conducted on inland waterway dredging projects:1.Through the method of literature investigation,field reconnaissance,expert consultation and so on,and based on the concept of "four sections and one environmental protection",established an inland waterway dredging project "green degree" evaluation index system with environmental protection,energy and resources saving and comprehensive utilization management as the core,which includes 3 sub-layer indicators,12 criterion level indicators,and 30 indicator level indicators.2.This paper introduces the advantages and disadvantages of relevant mathematical evaluation methods,and selects the mutation series method to construct the evaluation model of "green degree" for dredging engineering of inland waterway.The mutation series method does not involve the index weight,which reduces the subjectivity of the evaluation result to a certain extent.3.Analysis of risk factors based on the inland waterway dredging project full life cycle(PLC)and risk breakdown structure(RBS),combining both risk factors to set up the risk evaluation index system of inland waterway dredging project,which includes 2 first grade index,6 two grade index and 21 three grade index.4.The grey multi-level analysis method which is composed of AHP and grey comprehensive evaluation method is selected to construct the risk assessment model of inland waterway dredging project.5.Apply the inland waterway dredging project "green degree" evaluation index system and evaluation model,and the inland waterway dredging project risk evaluation index system and evaluation model in Dredging Engineering Jialing Jiang SiChuan segment actual cases,through the example to verify the practicability of the index system and evaluation model.
