Finite Element Analysis Of The Bridge Of A Cutter Suction Dredger

With the increasing demand of dredgers in international and national markets, our country pays much more attention to the research of dredgers.The Cutter Suction Dredger is chosen as the object to study, and introduce its components and working principle, then do lots of job on its structure of bridge.The main work of this article is creating the three-dimensional finite element model of its bridge, and calculating the forces applied on the bridge at the level state and working state which including the depth of 15m and 25m, then apply these forces to the model, finally, comparing and analyzing the distribution of the stress and deformation of the bridge so as to be helpful to the optimizing design of bridges.
