The servo control system of BLDCM with 11K.W high power is researched in this paper, designing hardware circuit towards the high voltage and current, which adopt double set project of artificial and digital circuit, the former mainly finish the functional test, and the latter complete the performance control of the system, both of them hold the same drive and protect circuit. The servo control system depends on the software programmer design principally, though which realize the servo control system of digital circuit. Its key control element is much advance controller DSP and CPLD, besides, through the interface of RS-232/RS-485 the controller can communicate with the PC.In the design of artificial circuit, construction and composition of system, protection circuit of system under high voltage and current are introduced in detail, at the meantime, the Intelligence Power Module (IPM) that acts as main power driver also is studied about its construction, principle, control project and surrounding auxiliary circuit etc. In addition, in the design of digital circuit, system mainly takes DSP and CPLD as key control unit, controller in aspect of principle, performance character, using method and communication with the PC is explained mostly. Meanwhile considering the request of high power BLDCM servo control system, the software programmer of servo control is designed and tested in hardware circuit. Passing the combination debug of software programmer and hardware circuit, high power BLDCM servo system with current interior loop and speed close loop is completed. On the base of prototype, a serial of test has been done. And at the same time the result and analysis of the test is exhibited. Experiment indicates that the prototype has hold request of 11KW high power BLDCM servo control system. The achievement of research has the important reference value for the study of posterior 30KW BLDCM servo control system.
