Preliminary Study On The Methods Of Subjective Evaluation Of Old Building Renewal Investigation

The old building renewal investigation comparing with the ordinary architectural design, its particularity exists, and it is affected by subjective evaluation more extensive, even plays a role in determining life and death sometimes. In order to subjective evaluation that is drawn on better function from essence to the design, this thesis tries to reach the effective combination of subjective evaluation in design process and relevant each stages that survey and study, it is to designing on the earlier stage study and post occupancy on the atrium's reconstruction.First of all, it is analyzed that the steps of the old building renewal designs, and the link combined with subjective evaluation. It has probed into the necessity and suitability on subjective evaluation. Then it expounds the fact concretely on the subjective evaluation methods of the old building renewal. The thesis attempts to establish the system of relatively intact thinking, put forward the application tactics that subjective methods pluralism compounds.Secondly, it combines Beijing ZhongGuanCun new city transformation project, and has probed into the subjective evaluation methods of the earlier stage study of old building renewal investigation.Moreover, it combines the satisfaction degree of post occupancy on the atrium's reconstruction of Architecture College of Tianjin University, and has probed into the subjective evaluation methods of the post occupancy on the atrium's reconstruction. Finally the thesis summarizes the research results, and possibility which it has put forward and is studied further.
