Study On The Subjective Evaluation Of Industrial Heritage Renewal Effect Based On UGC

Since the 1990 s,China's cities have launched a large-scale urban renewal work,in which the adjustment of industrial structure has become the focus of urban renewal work.During this period,the secondary industry represented by industry gradually moved out from the prosperous areas of the city,for providing space for the development of new industries in the city,and the concept of "industrial heritage" came into being.Xi jinping,general secretary of the communist party of China central committee,has repeatedly mentioned in the cultural heritage protection section that "cultural relics collected in the forbidden palace,heritage displayed on the vast land,and characters written in ancient books should all be brought to life." As a special cultural heritage,industrial heritage has been concerned by all sectors of society since then.However,at present,there are a series of problems in the practice of industrial heritage renewal,such as blind copying,single mode of renewal and loss of cultural value,it is urgent to establish a scientific and objective feedback mechanism of industrial heritage renewal effect so as to accumulate energy for the sustainable development of industrial heritage.In the practice of industrial heritage renewal,the evaluation of the effect of the renewal industrial heritage is a tool to realize the value of industrial heritage.Its significance is mainly reflected in providing a scientific feedback mechanism for the renewal industrial heritage,so as to continuously improve the quality of design,transformation,operation and secondary renewal of the renewal industrial heritage.However,the field of effect evaluation of industrial heritage renewal in China is just at the initial stage,and more scholars focus on the value evaluation before industrial heritage renewal,while and few scholars discuss whether the updated industrial heritage can achieve the expected effect.In practice,the objective material condition construction of industrial heritage is mostly evaluated,and the subjective evaluation content based on user experience is less.The existing subjective evaluation generally adopts the method of questionnaire survey to obtain data.In the process of data collection,users are in the position of passive evaluation.The development of the Internet and social media provides a platform for users to actively publish evaluation,and user-generated content(UGC)on social media has become a new data source for subjective evaluation.With the continuous development of the Internet,the number of UGC is also expanding.It is of more profound significance to explore the application of UGC in the field of Subjective evaluation of the renewal effect of industrial heritage.In this context,industrial heritage is taken as the research object,and "industrial heritage","industrial heritage update effect" and "user-generated content" are defined and the meanings of industrial heritage renewal process is expounded in combination with the built environment evaluation theory,environmental image theory,tourism gaze theory and "value basis and renewal mechanism of industrial heritage" are elaborated.Taking UGC as the data source and combining with natural language processing and other technologies,the evaluation method of "subjective evaluation of industrial heritage renewal effect" was developed.On this basis,an evaluation model of industrial heritage renewal effect based on UGC was constructed.Then,taking Beicang in jiangbei district of chongqing as an example,this paper collected data through field survey,interview and UGC,and made subjective evaluation on the renewal effect of beicang cultural&creative block.Finally,based on the evaluation results,the optimization strategy of industrial heritage renewal is discussed from many aspects,which provides reference for the subsequent organic renewal process of the case site and the construction of similar projects.
