Recently,green office buildings in China have developed rapidly.As the largest part of public building,office buildings are receiving public attention.Green office buildings are designed to save resources and protect environment throughout the life of the building,providing a comfortable and healthy space for occupants.However,there also exist many problems among green office building,e.g,high energy consumption,poor indoor environment quality and low occupants' subjective evaluation.Therefore,it is imperative to conduct a research on operational performance of green office buildings,as well as a research on optimization of indoor environment quality,improvement of occupants' subjective evaluation and reduction of energy consumption.Firstly,obtain and analyze the basic information,usage of green building technology and incremental cost of 66 green office buildings in Zhejiang province.The results show that,in terms of the types of identification,green office buildings in Zhejiang province mainly obtain design identifications.In terms of location,green office buildings in Zhejiang province mainly concentrate in developed cities.In terms of age,the development of green office buildings in Zhejiang province reached the summit in 2015.Green office buildings in Zhejiang province adopt more green building technology on energy conservation.The incremental cost of green building technology on energy conservation and operational management is greater.Moreover,select two typical green office buildings in Zhejiang province for a one-year operational measurement.The measurement includes monitoring of indoor environment quality parameters and the questionnaire of occupants' subjective evaluation.Then,according to the results,give suggestions on optimization of indoor environment quality and improvement of operational performance.The results show that the compliance rates of indoor temperature in building A are high,while the compliance rates of indoor temperature in building B are low,which need to be improved by reducing the supply of air conditioning.The values of indoor relative humidity are higher than that in standard in summer,but occupants' satisfaction is still high,indicating that occupants prefer higher indoor relative humidity.In winter,occupants' satisfaction is low because of the feeling of dryness,which needs to be improved by increasing the values of indoor relative humidity.In terms of indoor air quality,all the compliance rates are high except that of the PM2.5 concentration in autumn,but the occupants' satisfaction is lower than 80%.Indicating that the requirements for indoor air quality should be raised to improve occupants'satisfaction.In addition,establish the relationship between indoor environment quality and occupant's subjective evaluation by point-to-point measurement and questionnaire.The results show that the range of indoor temperature for which occupants' subjective evaluation is high in summer and winter is 24.9??25.4? and 20.9??23.4?respectively.The value of indoor relative humidity for which occupants'subjective evaluation is high in summer is around 75%.The value of indoor wind speed for which occupants'subjective evaluation is high in summer is around 0.1 m/s.The range of CO2 concentration for which occupants'subjective evaluation is high in summer is below 830 ppm.At last,establish the relationship between indoor environment quality,occupants'subjective evaluation and energy consumption of air conditioning through simulation under different indoor temperature and relative humidity by DesignBuilder software.The results show that,under specific working condition,the range of energy consumption of air conditioning when occupants' subjective evaluation for indoor temperature and relative humidity is high in summer and winter is 12?15 kWh/(m2·a)and 8?11 kWh/(m2·a)respectively.Suggest to turn off dehumidification of air conditioning to improve occupants' subjective evaluation and save energy consumption.
