| The building industry is one of the largest carbon emitters in China, and green building has become a necessary path to achieve sustainable development. As the proportion of green buildings becomes larger, many problems are gradually exposed, such as blindly piling up green building technology(GBTs),difficult management of GBTs,and low user satisfaction. Therefore, whether GBTs is really "green" should not only focus on its objective indicators, but also on its impact and feedback to users. This paper attempts to summarize the existing post-occupancy evaluation(POE)methods, propose a POE method applicable to GBTs,take the GBTs of the Lishui Electric Power Building(LEPB)as an example, analyze its advantages and disadvantages, and try to propose an optimization strategy.Based on the basic theories related to GBTs and POEs,this study sorts out the existing POE system and tries to summarize the applicable POE methods for GBTs.The constructed method is applied to the GBTs of the LEPB.Firstly, its natural conditions, project profile and the application of GBTs are introduced.Second, the GBTs of the LEPB is subjectively and objectively evaluated: on the subjective side, questionnaires, offline interviews, and walk-in observations are used;on the objective side, data measurements and Ladybug Tools performance simulations are used.Based on the subjective and objective POE,we summarize and give feedback on this assessment method, and compare the GBTs of LEPB with the design objectives, summarize its advantages and disadvantages, and analyze the reasons. Finally,an attempt is made to suggest optimization strategies and updates of relevant GBTs and related codes. |
