Modern high-efficient prestressed concrete structure, which is cast with high strength materials by adopting modern design methods and advanced construction craft, is one of structure types that are the most advanced, most widely used and most promising at present days. It has been applied to civil building, long span building and large space building (public or industrial) and skyscrapers since 1980s in China. Modern high-efficient prestressed concrete structure can save steel obviously, increase the span of the structure components, reduce the sectional size of components and improve service functions and other synthetic technical-economic benefits, however, its synthetic technical-economic benefits are also influenced by many factors at the same time.What is firstly discussed in this paper is the influences on the internal stress and ratio of reinforcement of prestressed beam, which are induced by different column-net dimensions, different load grades and different span-depth ratios, through lots of calculations and theoretic analysis, and human factor influences on the synthetic cost of structure are excluded as much as possible. Then, based on the established cost functions of prestressed beam, the variation curves of the cost of different structure fabrication schemes caused by different factors are found out, and the degrees and sensitivities t of influences on the fabrication cost caused by different factors are analyzed. Finally, an index system of synthetic technical-economic evaluation is established, and by adopting the method of single-criteria-index evaluation, the influences on synthetic technical and economic benefits of different structure schemes, which are caused by the different factors such as"the fabrication cost","function","material consumption","manpower consumption","time limit"and so on, are synthetically and completely analyzed, and the final evaluation results are obtained.
