The Technical And Economic Evaluation Of The Power Network Planning In DJ Industrial Zone

The technical and economic evaluation of the power network planning is an important factor in decision-making for the national integrated management sector, power network project legal entity and financing investors. The existing evaluation factors and index are mainly defined to assess the regional power network planning. This results in the lack of a systematic evaluation index for urban power network planning. As a matter of fact, the present evaluation of urban power network, often based on the subjective viewpoints of the experts, is lacking in operability, feasibility and objectivity. The improvement and consummation of the methods of economic and technical evaluation of urban power network planning is of profound significance for the accurate analysis of Economic and efficiency of the power network construction and the self-development of the grid enterprises.Based on a thorough analysis and study on the economic and technical evaluation of the existing power network planning, and with the actual situation of the power network in DJ Industrial Zone, a comprehensive evaluation index clusters for urban power network planning is set up in this paper. The evaluation index cluster contains:sorting method in subjective weights is applied to weigh the authorization of the projects; Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process is used to evaluate the data process, accordingly a mathematic module has been set up to evaluate the power network planning from economic perspective and demonstrate the detailed calculating methods and process.Finally, by use of the new evaluation system and the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process method when studying the case of the power network planning in DJ Industrial Zone, a satisfactory result in data processing and calculation can be achieved in this paper.
