With the continuous development of highway construction in China,the number of highway tunnel projects is increasing gradually.The construction of highway tunnel is beneficial to the improvement of highway linearity and highway traffic quality.However,the construction of highway tunnel is faced with underground rock and soil operations,and there are many unknown factors.These unknown factors,such as the geological condition of the tunnel technical level,will bring different influences on the tunnel construction method,especially on the tunnel tunneling method.In the mountainous areas of southwest China,the geological conditions are complex and the environment is demanding.In this case,it is of great significance to conduct a systematic and in-depth study on the tunneling method and technical and economic evaluation of highway long tunnels.Tunnel excavation is an important part of the tunnel construction process.Different excavation methods will directly affect the safety,economy and tunnel quality of the whole tunnel construction process.Based on the practical engineering of the mountain tunnel in southwest chongqing,this paper studies the construction method and technical and economic evaluation of highway tunnel tunneling in the hilly area in southwest Chongqing.According to the construction method and construction technology of highway tunnel construction,this paper first discusses the relevant theories of highway tunnel tunneling and technical and economic evaluation,including: new Austrian method theory tunneling theory,quality management theory,AHP method and grey relational degree method;Secondly,the characteristics and difficulties of highway tunnel tunneling in hilly area are analyzed.Then the self-bearing capacity of the surrounding rock of the tunnel body and the surrounding rock condition of the excavation of the tunnel body with advanced support are divided and the best excavation method under different conditions of the surrounding rock is selected.Then the finite element software is used to simulate different excavation schemes under different conditions of surrounding rocks,and the AHP method and the grey relational degree method are used to analyze and study the technical and economic of the excavation scheme of the separated tunnel with small net distance respectively.In the engineering background of chongqing southwest mountain tunnel,according to the previous analysis of the research institute for theoretical basis,provide a reference for mountain tunnel hole body excavation method and model,based on the data from theconstruction site,using the technology method to guide the construction and excavation tunnel hole,timely summary analysis,grasp the real-time situation of the hole in the body of the tunnel excavation,the hole body excavation work make corresponding adjustment,make the mountain tunnel construction quality conforms to the highway engineering quality inspection evaluation standard,the requirements of technical specification for construction of highway tunnel are proposed in this paper is verified mountain tunnel hole excavation scheme is feasible and effectiveness.
