Statistical Control Method Applied On Construction Quality Control Of Asphalt Pavement

The main idea to apply the Statistical control method on construction quality control is to combine the statistical principle with practice of construction, put forward and establish more reasonable method about quality control, manage, acceptance and pay. Contractor and owner can effectively control the performance index that has great influence to construction quality.The keystone of this research is to carry out the construction quality control with Shewhart control chart and some statistical method effectively used in foreign countries. On the other hand, we collected the construction data of Jiangsu province, analyzed with these methods, and found out some problems in highway construction. The researcher realized the goal that quality control through programmed.Some useful statistical principle introduced in it. The researcher collected the opinion of different expert to determine the key index and proportion, analyzed the risk of both contractor and owner, and established the appropriate capability of lot and frequency of sample.Compared with traditional method, the statistical control method more concentrates on collection and analysis of data. The researcher and manager can find out the relationship between the data and the problems in construction through observations the arrangements of data.It's the first time that combines the statistical control method with practice of highway construction, the researcher hope that it can push the construction manage and control of Jiangsu province forward.
