Studies On Ecological Design Of Residential Buildings Of Northern Cold Zone In China

Facing the problems that energy crisis and the reference condition are become worse ,people become to know the importance of sustainable development. To realize the sustainable development of building profession, ecological design especially the ecology of residential buildings design will be the one of major direction of future building design.It is the common desire that buildings will be designed ecologically and coexist with natural harmoniously.This paper analyses present situation and the problems that exist in building ecological design,through looking back foreign residence design development and thinking of the domestic anatomy of traditional building, basing on modern residential characteristic ,puts forward that the overall ecological design sight should be built by combining building design with place, "3R" and human beings.Under the thought of overall ecological sight,according to climate characteristic and the environmental feature of cold area, relating to the present residential building of country and place, the method of the passive and low energy consumption design is discussed .It means that building design should adopt corresponding design strategy and technical measure which adapt to local climate, decrease the consumption of the conventional energy negative influence for environment under limited economic conditionSpecific design methods include building total plan and monomer building design. According to cold area climate environmental characteristic, the ecological design strategy of design is discussed to suit for this area ,which include the building layout, place design , construct build design, building plane and upright surface .Combining cold area project practice example, article discussed specific application of building overall ecological design method and technical measure further in actual project. As a result,it shows that using building overall ecological design strategy can combine building with ecological design measure better. It has the more strong operability and is good to improve the capacity and It also benefit to decreasing specific power consumption and pollution, saving resource ,reducing the environmental ecological damage of buildings, and will give a reference way of building ecological design for cold area.
