The industrialization course is developing rapidly, the world economy relys on oil, gas and other basic energy sources violencly. Oil-gas transportation has lower cost, shorter exploitation period, and high using efficiency, so it has been focoused and applied by people comprehensivly. The oil gas multiphase flow pump is the main equpment of the multiphase transportation, it becomes hot plot.Compressed stage composes whirly impeller and stator impeller, it is the most important part of multiphase pump. The whirly impeller tansfers the energy to the flow and the stator impeller translates kinetic energy to pressure energy. Multiphase pump's efficiency and stability rely on the compressed stage,which is the basic part of the multiphase pump. Designing efficiency compressed stage is the key to designing multiphase pump. It is so important to study the interior flow fled of the compressed stage and find out the law that the fliud flows in impeller.This thesis introduced not only the application of multiphase pump in oil fled,but also the pump's research actuality in the world.The whirly impeller is designed by the axial pump and axial compressor design theoretics. The three-dimentional model was built by Pro/E. The interior flow field of the compressed stage is simulated and analysed in different volume franctions content by using the advanced CFD software. By analyzing the velocity flow drawing, static pressure drawing, total pressure drawing and so on,the structure of the compressed stage of the multiphase pump is studied and find the illogicality of the design,then amend the illogicality of the design.This design reduced the setting angle of whirly impeller blade and augmented blade's chord length, moreover, the stator impeller has long-midlle-short blades. It can minish eddy and weaken the gas-liquid separating in channel, advance the efficiency of multiphase pump. The sampling test indicates that the efficiency of pump and the volume fraction are both improved obviously. This shows that the measures assumed are effective and the profitable data is afforded for the latter design.
