As the dwindling of world oil reserves,the requirement of the oil is increasing,the world's economy relays on oil gas and other basic energy sources violently.Oil-gas transportation has lower cost,shorter exploitation period,and moreover high using efficiency,so it has been focused and applied by people comprehensively.The oil gas multiphase flow pump is the main equipment of the multiphase transportation,so it becomes hot plot.Compound immobile impeller can eliminate the fluid circulation and change the velocity energy into pressure energy.For this multiphase pump,it should insure the fluid get into the next stage evenly.Meanwhile,to the multiphase pump,it should avoid the gas and fluid dissociation.The study for compound immobile impeller is very important for increasing the performance and the design of the multiphase pump.This thesis introduces the application of multiphase pump in oil field,and the pump's research and development trends in the world.The compound immobile impeller is designed by the theory of pump and compressor.This design uses UG to build three-dimensional solid model,and ICEM-CFD to plot mesh,and the model is simulated,analyzed and drawn impeller capability picture by FLUENT 6.3 to confirm its total capability.By analyzing the distributing of velocity of flow, pressure and total pressure in the flow field,the interior flow field in impeller is known and repaired according to its shortage.The design elects the most suitable airfoil by analyzing and comparing the influence of the compound impeller to the pump in different void fraction,and draws the most suitable parameters combination of the multi-phase pump,by analyzing and comparing the capability of equal and variable thickness of impeller,the impeller number and the compound impeller, so eliminates the vortex of the impeller in flow channel,avoids the gas-fluid dissociation in flow channel,and increases the whole efficient of the set.In general, the optimization of compound immobile impeller for multiphase pump is valid and it can apply the useful data for the further study.
