Research On Information Gathering Of Huzhou Power Net And Web Publishing System Of Substation

In this paper, based on the status of the substation information collection and processing ,the need of the power grid's dispatching, operation and management to substation's information were analyzed, development of total substation's information integrated collection and network publishing were achieved by the use of network communication technology.The mode of collection and dealing with substation's information was introduced, the electric network management's different demands to substation's information were analyzed, and the necessity of substation's information conformity was put forward, the problem that the dispatch center and centralized control center can not receive timely integrity substation information was solved, the fault response and incident handling was accelerated.The system used "facing substation" decentralized data storage method, the substation automation, protection, fault recording and first equipment monitoring system for online resources were integrative by the use of network communication technology, the network security on the WEB publish was solved, the power information network was expanded to substation. The system made good use of actual results in Huzhou power grid.
