Study Of China Railway Freight Organization And Information Construction

The core of current China Railway freight transport is utilization of railway carrying capacity, but customer service, and this has restricted service level of China Railway freight transport. Reasons which cause this complexion can be concluded as deficient railway carrying capacity, unadvanced freight organization and incomplete information construction, etc. This dissertation aims to study at the aspects of freight organization and information construction, analyze problems of them and propose solutions to promote customer service level of China Railway at these aspects. The emphases of this dissertation are as following:1. Current situation and existing problems of management and organization mode, organization means and daily production process of China Railway are studied and analyzed, solutions for them are proposed;2. Freight service development strategy of China Railway is analyzed, and customer service based railway freight organization mode is proposed;3. The concept of "Accurate Railway" is introduced, and meanings and developmental direction of it is analyzed;4 Current situation and existing problems of China Railway information construction are analyzed, and key issues such as data collection and integrated utilization, share of information, etc are studied also;5 Necessary and methods to carry out real time tracing of train, locomotive, car and freight are analyzed, and freight real time tracing based calculation method of estimated freight arrival time is proposed.
